1. About us and these Terms
1.1 We are IJD & CO, a limited company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 16593217 ). Our contact email is hello@curecurse.com.
1.2 These Terms govern your purchase of spiritual consultations and custom‑made spiritual products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our services and products
2.1 We offer personalised spiritual consultations and handcrafted spiritual products (e.g., custom ritual boxes, protective tools, sacred calligraphy). Each item is made specifically for you based on information you provide.
2.2 Nature of our products: Our products are prepared using traditional spiritual and cultural practices, including symbolic inscriptions, prayers, ritual preparations, and faith‑based techniques. These are symbolic and spiritual in nature; they are not scientifically measurable.
3. No medical, psychological, or professional advice – disclaimer under UK law
3.1 Our products and consultations are provided for spiritual support, personal reflection, and cultural tradition only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
3.2 Nothing on our website, in our consultations, or in our products is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3.3 We do not claim that our products can cure illness, improve fertility, resolve mental health conditions, or guarantee any specific outcome (including but not limited to: evil eye removal, spiritual cleansing, health improvements, pregnancy, reconciliation, career success, financial gain, or protection).
3.4 You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concern. If you are in crisis, contact your GP or NHS 111.
3.5 Consumer Rights Act 2015 – fitness for purpose: Our products are made to be symbolic spiritual items. They are not fit for a medical or therapeutic purpose, and you acknowledge that before purchasing.
4. Personalisation and information you provide
4.1 To customise your product, we require your full name, date of birth, mother’s name, consultation details, and delivery address.
4.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Once we begin preparing your order (which may happen immediately after purchase), you cannot change personal details.
4.3 We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
5. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
5.1 Because our products are custom‑made and personalised to you (e.g., using your name, date of birth, mother’s name, and specific consultation details), the normal 14‑day cooling‑off period does NOT apply under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5.2 However, as a goodwill gesture, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that we have not yet started preparing your product. Once preparation has begun (which may be immediately after purchase), cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund will be given.
5.3 To cancel within the 24‑hour window, email hello@curecurse.com with your order number and the subject “CANCEL”.
5.4 If your product arrives damaged or materially different from what you ordered, you have 14 days to contact us for a replacement or partial refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Production and delivery
6.1 Our standard production time is approximately 14 days from order confirmation, not including shipping.
6.2 Delivery times vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
6.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered. Title passes when we receive full payment.
7. Limitation of liability (UK law)
7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Breach of your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g., that products are as described and of satisfactory quality).
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product or service at issue.
7.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income, emotional distress, or disappointment arising from perceived lack of spiritual results.
8. No guarantees of specific outcomes
8.1 We expressly disclaim any guarantee that our products will achieve any particular result, including but not limited to: healing, cleansing, protection, fertility, reconciliation, or financial improvement.
8.2 Any testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and do not constitute typical or guaranteed results. Testimonials are not evidence of a medical or therapeutic effect.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 All content on our website (text, graphics, methodologies, product designs) is owned by IJD & CO. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
10. Affiliate and influencer disclosure (UK CAP Code)
10.1 We participate in affiliate marketing. Some links on our website (including those to Whop) contain an affiliate parameter (?a= or similar). If you click such a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
10.2 We make the following clear and prominent disclosure on any page containing affiliate links:
“This page contains affiliate links. If you buy through these links, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.”
10.3 Affiliates must also comply with the CAP Code by clearly identifying their relationship with us.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local court under the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a UK court, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
