Because of the customization and time spent preparing these products, we do not offer returns under any circumstances.

Due to the spiritual nature of our work and the personal connection to each customer’s energy, all sales are final. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product due to a shipping error or packaging issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
